2 cups Arborio rice
1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Procedure:
Heat the chicken or vegetable broth in a saucepan and add the Avicenna saffron threads. Let it infuse for 15 minutes.
In a separate pan, sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil and butter until translucent.
